Since 2010, we set out to bring art and culture closer to our employees and their families. Thus, the Cultural Agenda program was born thanks to which many families have been able to visit various cultural spaces such as art museums, history museums, theater performances, musicals, and theme parks in our city. More than 100 group visits support our commitment to the promotion of cultural, recreational and artistic spaces.
Our corporate volunteer program Voluntades de Acero was created in 2008 with the main objective of promoting volunteer work among our employees in order to cultivate their social sensitivity and foster the development of society. Since then, we have organized various volunteer days focused on tending to damage caused by natural disasters, solidarity collections, educational and recreational activities for children and adolescents, infrastructure improvements, among others. There are more than 35 volunteers nationwide who participate in our social works with great joy and commitment to generate actions that transcend and build a positive impact in the places where we share our will of steel.
